Having moved to Northern Virginia in 1989 and to Old Town Alexandria in 1998, Lisa’s love of the area proves to be an asset throughout the buying and selling process. She is thrilled to introduce her clients to such a dynamic place to live, and to market homes based upon their unique features, communities, and neighborhoods.
Whether purchasing condos, townhouses or single-family homes in all price points, her clients range from first-time buyers to a couple that moved 17 times! She has discovered that 79% of her business comes from referrals from happy clients, neighbors, and friends, and 40% are pet owners!
Lisa’s entire career has been one of success in marketing, sales and service. She is an accomplished problem solver and believes that her achievements are a combination of skill and the ability to listen to her client’s needs. Known for her creativity, she can see the potential in a property as well as prepare and stage a home for sale.
An active member of the Alexandria community, Lisa chairs the Welcome Committee in her neighborhood, plans events for a local non-profit, organized an electronics recycling event, several clothing drives, a hot sauce collection program, and a number of shopping nights for deserving local charities. As a TWIG, she also supports INOVA Alexandria Hospital.
As a pet-friendly real estate professional, Lisa has been featured on “The Pet Show with Dr. Katy”, in the Washington Post and NOVA Dog Magazine as an expert in working with pet owners. In addition, Lisa has been a volunteer dog obedience trainer and worked with several pet therapy groups with her golden retrievers.
