Though her clients are eternally grateful for her help in meeting their needs, Kolleen is very thankful for having the opportunity to be part of such a huge event in their lives. “Buying, selling or renting a home is a major undertaking that requires my undivided care and attention. My clients’ loyalty means so much to me; that’s why I work so hard and do the best I can to ensure their satisfaction and success.”
Kolleen made the best decision of her life in 2015 when she got her Virginia real estate license. She previously served as a Lead Executive Assistant for 15 years in government contracting as well as private industry. Having an executive administration background has proven to be a great asset in real estate, which requires strict management of details, paperwork, scheduling, technology skills, a customer service focus, and daily organization to perform at your very best.
The payoff has also been great relationships with her clients, and coveted awards for her performance, such as Top Producer in Sales and the NVAR Multimillion Dollar Club for 2017. Kolleen has tailored her real estate practice to representing sellers as well as landlords in rental transactions. She loves working on the listing side, and has built her business around it. The majority of her transactions have been in McLean, Falls Church, Arlington, Fairfax, and as far as the Prince William County area. Communication is key with her; she makes sure to keep clients informed every step of the way from listing to closing.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, Kolleen has lived in Northern Virginia for over 30 years. She currently resides in the Sleepy Hollow area of Falls Church with her husband Mike and son Brogan, who are her cheerleaders, and her priority Kolleen enjoys being involved in her community and volunteering with the FCRC in her free time.
