Originally from Glenelg, Maryland, Katy moved to Virginia 20 years ago. Raised in a family of REALTORS®, Katy knew her future passion would ultimately be in real estate... It’s in her DNA.
Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Katy worked for 15 years in Marketing Management and Graphic Design (serving both the private and public sectors). While enjoying working alongside Military Leadership and Government employees, Katy learned how to build relationships at every level.
Katy’s clients are extremely important to her. She’s their advocate during every step of the real estate process, and she prides herself on making sure no question goes unanswered. Katy absolutely loves sharing in her clients’ happiness when they find their perfect home.
Other than real estate, Katy loves spending time with her son Lochlan, husband Ben, other family members, and friends. She currently lives in a Post & Beam home on the Short Hill mountain in Round Hill.
