Evan Lacopo brings a wealth of luxury real estate leadership to Corcoran McEnearney.  Having held successful sales and key leadership roles with luxury power players, TTR Sotheby’s International Realty and Douglas Elliman Metro DC, Evan’s sales experience and leadership style uniquely positions him to provide agent centric advice and guidance through the lens of a managing broker.
Prior to his licensure as a realtor, Evan co-founded Trusted Advisors Mortgage, the nation’s leading mortgage lender providing home financing services for the high-net-worth clients of accountants, attorneys, and financial planners. His company was acquired by Access National Bank in 2002. The following year, he earned his real estate license and, subsequently, his associate broker’s license, rising to the position of managing broker at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. There, he leveraged his leadership skills, vast network and genuine desire to serve, leading one of the brokerage’s most successful offices.
Being a native Washingtonian gives Evan a significant advantage when it comes to in-depth regional real estate market knowledge. He is licensed in Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Maryland, and is passionate about the Metropolitan D.C. real estate industry. It is that passion that sets Evan apart, along with his vision, creativity, and ability to listen to clients, agents and management in order to ascertain their needs and goals.
Lacopo is a graduate of the Leadership Center for Excellence.  Community leadership is vitally important to Evan. After a decade of committee service and leadership, in January 2025, he was elected to serve on the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors Board of Directors. Evan has also held leadership positions on several non-profit boards, including the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Washington, D.C., as well as Bridges to Independence in Arlington, Virginia.  He has also served on his civic association board in Cherrydale and has hosted numerous fundraising events for Cherrydale and the Cherrydale Volunteer Fire Department.
