Chris was born and raised in Alexandria. He grew up in the Parkfairfax and Rosemont subdivisions in the city. His family also lived in the Hollindale subdivision in South Alexandria during many of his school years. Chris bought his first home in Vienna, VA, and currently has an interest in three residential properties in the city of Alexandria, one of which he resides in with his wife Katy, also a native Alexandrian, and son Harrison, in Braddock Heights.
Chris' education includes a B.A. in Communications from Bethany College and an M.S. in Telecommunications from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. While at IU, Chris taught television production classes and worked for the athletic department shooting the official team films/tapes for Bob Knight's basketball team and Sam Wyche's football team. Chris' love of sports continues today by staying active and getting to the gym as often as his schedule allows.
Chris understands the rigors of the corporate world the majority of his clients face on a day-to-day basis. He spent seventeen years in sales in the telecommunications industry including launching both the DirecTV and XM Radio satellite services. He was transferred for work three times in a six-year period, so relocating and buying a house in a new city is something with which he has experience.
Chris works hard for his clients to make their home buying or selling experience as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible. Chris understands the market and keeps his client's best interests in mind every step of the way. The majority of Chris' business comes from referrals, which speaks to the satisfaction of his clients. Chris is licensed in both the state of Virginia and the District of Columbia.
