Andy Hill is a seasoned real estate professional and accomplished leader. Born and raised in the Washington, D.C. area, Andy began his real estate career in 2001 alongside his mother, Sue Hill. Together, they formed a dynamic team and quickly established a reputation for excellence in Montgomery County and Washington, D.C.

After a successful tenure at W.C. & A.N. Miller, the Andy and Sue Hill Team joined McEnearney in 2007. Their dedication to client service and market expertise consistently ranked them among the firm's top-producing teams.

In 2017, Andy transitioned into a leadership role, becoming Managing Broker for Maryland and D.C. He spearheaded the development of personalized mentoring programs for new agents, fostering their growth and success. Additionally, he contributed to the company's comprehensive training program, sharing his knowledge and experience with colleagues.

As the Managing Broker for Maryland and D.C., Andy oversees the day-to-day operations of multiple offices and drives strategic initiatives to expand Corcoran McEnearney's presence in the region. He remains committed to supporting agents and empowering them to achieve their full potential.
