A Radford University Honors Graduate with a degree in Economics, Allison moved to the Piedmont in 2000. Inspired by our beautiful homes and countryside, Allison began her real estate career in 2004 at a thriving boutique firm in Leesburg, Virginia.
Allison’s sales portfolio ranges from beautifully restored country estates to single family homes to large and small land holdings. Although Allison specializes in equestrian and historic country estates throughout Horse Country, she enjoys working in every aspect of the real estate industry, from investors to first time homebuyers.
Allison has strong roots and ties to the community and is proud to be raising her family in this bucolic and unique area of Virginia. Allison’s children attend Highland School in Warrenton, where she spends as much time as possible supporting its successful and accomplished students.
Allison is an avid horseman in the Piedmont. She enjoys training and competing locally in both dressage and stadium jumping. On occasion, she will even sneak out for a seasonal fox hunt. Allison's knowledge from the horseman's perspective is critical when finding that perfect horse property in a timely manner on the buying side and when marketing said horse property to its fullest on the selling side.
Allison's success in real estate has largely been attributed to her core values in life and faith based beliefs. That, coupled with an incredibly strong work ethic and an unwavering ability to have each client knowing they are #1 when they are actually 1 of many, has resulted in seamless deals and closings from start to finish. Honesty, integrity, dedication and availability are four simple and yet very important elements to a successful real estate transaction. Allison swears by this with every client and in every price range. It is through these values that she has been able to achieve such success in her results oriented representation. Please call on her, she is looking very forward to working with and getting to know you.
