49th Annual Community Art Show and Sale | April 4-6

The Woman’s Club of Chevy Chase is proud to host the 49th Annual Community Art Show and Sale. This 3-day event will include approximately 400 pieces of artwork from more than 130 talented local community artists.
Del Ray Dog Fest | April 6, 11AM – 3PM
George Washington Middle School, Alexandria, VA
The 3rd Annual Del Ray Dog Fest is a fun outdoor event (rain or shine) featuring dog-centered activities, dog menu items, live music, vendors, and food. Following the event, participating restaurants will host “Yappy Hours” for owners and their pets. Our very own, The Peele Group, are sponsors of this great community event!

National Cherry Blossom Festival Parade | April 12, 10AM – 12:30PM
Constitution Avenue NW, Washington, DC (between 7th and 17th Streets)
The nation’s springtime parade is an amazing sight on Constitution Avenue! Grand colorful helium balloons, elaborate floats, marching bands from across the country, celebrity entertainers, and performers burst down the Parade route in a spectacle of music and showmanship celebrating spring in DC.

22nd Annual Georgetown French Market | April 25 – 27

The Flower and Garden Festival has become an annual rite of spring for Loudoun County, and it’s not hard to see why. The downtown festival boasts a variety of vendors including landscapers, gardening suppliers, plant sellers, outdoor living furniture, and more.

Virginia Historic Garden Week | April 26 – May 3
Statewide | Tour Information
For one week each April, visitors may tour inspired private landscapes, public gardens, and historic sites across Virginia. The event includes unique tours organized and hosted by 48 member clubs. In addition, more than 1,000 world-class floral arrangements are created to enhance tour properties. The Old Town Alexandria tour is sponsored by Corcoran McEnearney, Mason Montague Bavin, Lauren Bishop, and Vici Boguess.
